'This is a 45 minute body-weight workout using only a raised surface and a mat, if needed. We warm up and then perform four circuits. Each circuit has 3 exercises. The first two exercises are performed back to back, twice through for 35 seconds. The third exercise is then performed for 40 seconds 1 time. The whole circuit is repeated 3 times total. 30 seconds to the next circuit. Cool down and we are done with another great workout!
